Instructor Reviewer Account Request

This form is for instructor use only. Complete the required fields below to request access as an instructor reviewer.

Students should use the Student Registration form instead.

Already have an instructor or reviewer account? Sign In

Complete the form from top to bottom. Use your work contact details, choose at least one course, then create your reviewer account credentials.

Each field includes guidance beneath it, and any problem will be announced there and in the page status region.

Your Details

Enter your first name.
Enter your last name.
Enter your work email address.
Enter your school name. If it is not listed, type it as you would like it to appear.
Optional. Enter a 10-digit phone number in the format 999-999-9999.
Select the time zone you use for reviewer work.
Courses to Review
Select at least one course you would like to review.

Account Details

Enter the username you would like to use for sign-in.
Create a password with at least 8 characters. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Re-enter the same password to confirm it.
Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before submitting.
